Yu Teng-Fa:
Once being an assistant councillor of NanTzu Chuang, Kangshan County,
Kaohsiung Chou. He had been the first Hsiang leader of Chiaotou Hsiang and
Magistrate of Kaohsiung Hsien. He was ardent in democratic political
movement in his whole life. He was enthusiastic in social charitable
business. He was upright by nature. He was never afraid of power and
authorities. Only if there were justice and reanson, he must struggle and
strive to the end. His extraordinary behavior and acts still impressed the
people of the Hsien, who really missed him very much. Therefore, he was
named as the "Modern Tsao Kung."
